
Ubaidullaeva Naima Nabikhanovna
Academic education:In 1989 she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Tashkent State Medical Institute.
Scientific education:In 2001, she defended her Ph.D. thesis on the topic: "Smoking as a predictor of bronchial hyperreactivity and bronchial obstruction".
In 2018, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Predictors and markers of the development and progression of COPD in Uzbekistan", she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences.
Scientific self-management and additional professional improvements:She is a highly qualified pulmonologist, she has repeatedly been trained in pulmonology, functional diagnostics and treatment of bronchial asthma and COPD abroad: in 2006 - in St. Petersburg (Russia), in 2007 - in Astana (Kazakhstan), in 2007 - in Dubai (UAE), in 2008 - in the Czech Republic, in 2018 - in Kiev (Ukraine).
Professional experience:From 2001 to 2006 she worked as an assistant at the Department of Pulmonology, since 2006 - Associate Professor of the Department of Pulmonology and Clinical Allergology, from 2016 to the present time she is the Head of the Department of Pulmonology and Clinical Allergology of Tashkent Institute of Veterinary Medicine. She has published more than 250 scientific papers in Uzbekistan, the CIS and abroad, including 16 training programs, 4 methodological recommendations, has a patent for an invention.
- "Prevalence and clinical and pathogenetic features of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) depending on tobacco smoking" (2009-2011);
- "Predictive effect of tobacco smoking on respiratory status in adolescence and adolescence, possible ways of prevention" (2012-2014 )).
He conducts public work, is the chief pulmonologist of Tashkent and the scientific secretary of the Specialized Council for the defense of the dissertation of the Tashkent Institute of Educational Medicine (since 2015), a member of the Presidium of the Association of Pulmonologists of Central Asia (since 2010).
She has repeatedly represented the school of pulmonologists of Uzbekistan abroad, making presentations at international forums on respiratory diseases: Moscow (2007, 2019), Dubai (2006), Prague (2008), Barcelona (2010, 2015), Mallorca (2013), Amsterdam (2011), Vienna (2012, 2013, 2016), Munich (2014). In 2018, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the problem of COPD.

Abdulla Muharramovich Ubaydullaev
Academic education:In 1958 he graduated from the Tashkent State Medical Institute
Scientific education:In 1965 he defended his Ph.D. thesis,
in 1974 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Clinical and biochemical study of atherosclerosis in various forms of arterial hypertension".
Scientific self-management and additional professional improvements:A.M. Ubaidullayev is the author of more than 700 works, including 20 monographs, manuals, 10 inventions and more than 40 methodological documents, has 120 certificates, more than 20 have been trained in foreign countries.
He is the editor-in-chief of the scientific medical journal "Bulletin of the Association of Pulmonologists of Central Asia", which has been published since 1996.
A.M.Ubaydullaev is the founder of pulmonological science in Uzbekistan, he created a scientific school of pulmonologists. Under his leadership, 25 doctoral and 39 candidate's dissertations were defended. Scientific achievements of A.M.Ubaydullaev and his students are recognized abroad. Students of prof. A.M.Ubaydullaev successfully work in their native Uzbekistan, Central Asian republics, Russia, the Czech Republic, Canada and the USA.
Prof. A.M.Ubaydullaev and his students took an active part in the work of international and foreign congresses. The geography of their trips covers many countries and continents: Paris, London, Washington, New York, Chicago, Rome, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, Warsaw, Brussels, Stockholm, Florence, Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Venice, Vienna, Geneva, The Hague, Edinburgh, Salzburg, Hochberg, Seville, Barcelona, Budapest, Delhi, Istanbul, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Saratov, Kislovodsk, Kazan, Chisinau, Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius, Kiev, Minsk, Baku, Tbilisi, Yerevan, Almaty, Bishkek, Ashgabat, Dushanbe and other cities of the world.
Professional experience:He worked as a paramedic (1956-1958), underwent training in clinical residency (1958-1960) and postgraduate (1961-1963), in 1964-1967 he worked as an assistant, in 1967-1978 - as an associate professor at the Department of Therapy of the Tashkent Institute for Advanced Training of Doctors.
In 1978 he organized and headed the Department of Clinical Pulmonology of the Tashkent Institute of Veterinary Medicine. In 1979 A.M. Ubaidullayev was awarded the academic title of Professor. For 11 years he was the Dean of the Faculty of Therapy, then the Vice-Rector for Medical Work (1975-1986) of the Tashkent Institute of Medical Education.
In 1986-2010, he successfully worked as the director of the Research Institute of Phthisiology and Pulmonology of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Tashmetova Gulchehra Talipovna

Professional experience:In 1998-1999 she worked as a rheumatologist in the consultative department of the family polyclinic No42; in 1999-2001 - as a cardiologist in the family polyclinic No35 in Tashkent.
In 2001-2003 studied in clinical residency, in 2004-2006 - in postgraduate studies at the Department of Pulmonology with Clinical Allergology of the Tashkent Institute for Advanced Training of Doctors.
Since 2006, she has been working at the Department of Pulmonology of Tashkent Institute of Pulmonology, first as a trainee teacher, and since 2008 as an assistant.
