History of the Faculty: The Faculty was organized on May 23, 2017 (Order No. 33 of Tashkent Institute for Post-Graduate Medical Education), until then the departments were part of the Medical and Preventive Faculty. The first Dean of the Faculty was, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Mavlyan-Khodjaev Ravshan Shukhratovich, Doctor of Medical Sciences. He headed the faculty from May 2017 to September 2018.

- Preventive Medicine - Basics of Valeology
- Family medicine with a course of professional diseases
- Pathological anatomy and forensic medicine
- Nurses with higher education
- Social Medicine
- Department of Medical Engineering and Innovative Technologies for the Training of Engineering Technicians
- Fundamentals of military medical expertise and adolescent medicine
Objective - training and professional development of senior and primary health care managers, general practitioners, neurosurgeons, pathologists, forensic medical experts, medical and labor and military medical experts, medical engineers, and nurses with higher education

The mission of the educational program is to provide quality continuous medical education, corresponding to the level of leading domestic and foreign universities through the development of innovative problem-oriented educational technologies, fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of health and medical sciences, integrated into the education and health care systems, aimed at improving the health and quality of life of the population. Training of competitive personnel in neurosurgery, meeting domestic and international requirements; education of competent specialists in the field of surgery of nervous diseases.
