The International Department is an independent structural unit of the Center. The International Department is established with the aim of organizing, coordinating, and implementing international activities, as well as providing organizational and informational support for the institute's activities in providing educational services to foreign citizens, integrating the institute into the international educational space, and the international market of educational services.
The purpose of the department is to initiate and implement activities aimed at developing the international relations of the Center, ensuring its role as a leading center for postgraduate education and science in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It aims to prepare highly qualified specialists for both the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign countries.
The main objective of the department is to organize the implementation of cooperation programs with educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan, and foreign countries, ensuring the enhancement of the academic potential of professors, lecturers, young scientists, and interns abroad, thereby facilitating international relations. Another strategic task of the department is to organize, record, and monitor the implementation of programs for academic mobility of the center's professors and lecturers..
At the same time, the department has signed 40 memoranda of cooperation with foreign countries for conducting medical and practical activities. Regular international meetings, video conferencing, and online courses are held, along with training seminars with foreign colleagues for exchanging experiences.
Collaboration with various organizations such as KOFIH, KOIKA, MAGATE, TMS, SAS, GIS, UNICEF, JSST.
Cooperation has also been established with leading universities in the USA (Harvard University), Great Britain (Oxford), Germany (Robert Koch Institute) and others.
