The Planning and Finance organizational unit is a unit that plans and provides funds for the financial activities of the Center, develops the planning system and measures to improve the forms and systems of paying the employees of the Center and their incentives.

The purpose of the department is to achieve the correct and effective use of the state and funds allocated for the provision of the center in cooperation with the accounting department and other structures of the center.

The main tasks of the department, in cooperation with the relevant departments and units of the Center, are to draw up plans for the allocation of funds for maintaining the required number of management and professors-teachers, administrative staff and teaching assistants, Development of a table of places for administrative and educational support staff of the center, the position of professors and teachers, administrative and support staff, preparation of records indicating title, level and rank, preparation and submission of quarterly and annual reports to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as one-time reports on funding and payment of fees, development of proposals and measures related to the effective use of budget and extra-budgetary funds and control of their implementation, it is to take into account and organize the instruction documents on issues related to planning and financial activities, to organize their execution together with the relevant official heads of the center.
