The Center for the Development of professional qualifications of medical workers of the Department of "Monitoring and evaluation of the quality of the process of continuing professional education" (formerly the Control Department) ensures the implementation of decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on professional development and retraining of medical workers, regulatory documents and methodological guidelines of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and Health, provides training and retraining of medical workers since 2000 in order to promote quality improvement, control and analysis of processes. The department was renamed based on the decision PQ-4666 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 07, 2020 "On measures to introduce a completely new system of personnel training and continuous professional development in the medical and sanitary sector".
The above-mentioned Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 12 of January 12 and No. 140 of March 29, 1999 "Ministry, state committees, agencies, economic associations, in their structural and territorial units, it supervises the management of issues of strengthening executive discipline based on the "Regulation of organizing work with documents and monitoring the state of executive discipline" keeping documents in the departments, implementing the plan, evaluating the quality of teaching by the students, conducting studies on the execution of documents and discussing them in the Council of Scientists of the center, communicate the Anti-Corruption Policy, Corruption Risk Assessment Methodology, Conflict of Interest Management, Conduct of Ethics Studies, and Regulations for Receiving and Reviewing Reports of Corrupt Practices to all departments and staff.
Department activity
The main tasks of the department are the above-mentioned Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 12 of January 12, 1999 and No. 140 of March 29 "Ministry, state committees, agencies, economic associations, according to the "Regulation of organizing work with documents in their structural and territorial divisions and monitoring the state of executive discipline", the procedure for registering documents maintained by the registry office monitoring of documents, control of keeping report journals and cards based on the procedure for working with appeals of individuals and legal entities.
The state of executive discipline presented by the department is regularly discussed at the meetings of the director and the Academic Council.
One of the main tasks of the department is to regularly study the quality of classes conducted by professors and teachers of the center, the existence of regulatory documents, the attendance of cadets, and the presentation of the results to the management.
Within its authority, the department provides practical and methodological support in the issues of organizing monitoring of educational standards in the Center, develops a system for ensuring the execution of decisions and orders, and establishes control over its execution.
Provides practical and methodical assistance in eliminating deficiencies identified based on the analysis of executive activities. Implements rating methods for evaluating the performance of professors and teachers.
The Center for the Development of Professional Qualifications of Medical Workers, the Department for Monitoring the Process of Continuous Professional Education and Quality Assessment, organizes work and work with documents, guidelines and orders on the procedure for working with appeals of individuals and legal entities have been developed, seminar meetings are organized with the participation of departments, faculty and department staff, and studies are being conducted in the departments.
