In accordance with the Regulation "On Higher Education Institutions", the Council of Scientists of the Center is established in the presence of the director and under his leadership to consider the main issues of the activity of the Center. The main task of the Council of Scientists is to unite the efforts of the whole community to implement the decisions of higher organizations and practical health needs.
The Council of Scientists of the Center is elected for a period of 3 years. If necessary, corrections and changes can be made to the composition of the Council of Scientists of the Center.
Tasks of the Central Council of Scientists:
• reviews decisions on all issues of educational process organization;
• makes decisions on all issues of educational process organization;
• approves scientific research plans;
• approves scientific research plans;
• solves the issues of establishment (termination) of faculties, departments and other structural units;
• considers the issues of filling the positions of professors and teachers: heads, departments, professors, associate professors and academic staff;
• considers the issues of preparing the reserve of professors and teachers and other structural units;
• Considers the reports of the center's deans, heads of departments and departments on educational and methodological, research and medical work of faculties, departments and departments;
• Considers other issues related to the activity of the center.
1. Meetings of the Council of Scientists of the Center are held on the basis of a plan developed every year. The work plan is approved by the director after review by the Council of Scientists of the Center.
2. Decisions of the council of scientists are made by open voting, by a simple majority vote, and in the case of competitions for the awarding of academic titles, professors and teachers, by secret voting in accordance with the established procedure.
3. Meetings of the Council of Scientists of the Center are held every month (may be out of order) and are formalized with minutes, which are signed by the chairman and secretary of the Council of Scientists.
4. A copy of the decision is submitted to the internal control inspection department, which, together with the secretary of the Council of Scientists, organizes a systematic review of the implementation of decisions, informs the chairman and members of the Council of Scientists
