No force can ever defeat the people who live with the feeling of homeland as my people and my country. It is no exaggeration to say that the changes taking place in our country are the result of today's rational policy, the possibility of independence.

Since 2004, the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment has been carrying out effective activities on the basis of the public in CDPQMW (ToshVMOI). The main task of the department is to organize all the spiritual and educational events held at the scale of CDPQMW (ToshVMOI), their passing in an upbeat spirit, at the same time professors and teachers working in the center, aimed at improving the political and legal culture of scientific researchers, resident doctors and employees of the administrative department, as well as trainees, enriching their spiritual world and raising their thinking.
