On January 29, 2025, another meeting of the Academic Council of the Center for the Development of professional Qualifications of Medical Workers took place. At the beginning of the meeting, the director of the center, Prof. K.A. Akilov, congratulated Prof. R.N. Akalaev on behalf of the team on his 75th anniversary.

For the first agenda item, the floor was given to the dean of the Faculty of Therapy, Prof. Khamrabaeva F.I. She presented a detailed report on the educational, methodological, scientific, international, medical, and outreach activities of the Faculty of Therapy.

It was noted that the performance indicators of the plan were fulfilled by 146%. The plan for trainees per month was at 101%. It was also mentioned that 144 MMO credits were conducted, and 15 trainees were trained for nurses in physiotherapy. In the project office, cycles were conducted, with 902 trainees trained according to the plan, and 602 in practice. The publication indicators, international activities, and other aspects were discussed.

Academics Ubaidullaev, Prof. Kayumov, and Prof. K.A. Akilov, who participated in the discussions, positively assessed the report, noting its analytical level. The members of the Academic Council rated the report of the Faculty of Therapy as satisfactory. The draft resolution, which had been distributed in advance among the participants, was unanimously approved.

Then, scientific reports were heard. On the scientific issue, the floor was given to Prof. Gafur-Akhunov M.A., who presented a report on the topic "The Importance of Molecular-Genetic Research in Oncology." He focused on the statistics of oncological diseases, the prevalence of cancer worldwide and in our republic. An analysis of the types of oncological diseases was conducted. The professor elaborated on the statistics of morbidity and mortality in the republic. He noted that there are more than 2000 genes in the human body, that immunotherapy was implemented in 2018, and that there are 500 genes that cause oncological diseases. Questions and prospects of targeted therapy and its possibilities were also discussed.

At the meeting of the Academic Council, a report by Prof. A.A. Gaybullayev on the relevant topic of urology titled "Disease Behind Seven Seals" was also heard, which sparked lively interest among those present.

Elections were held for the academic title of "Associate Professor" (Maxumkhanov K.A.). The topics of dissertations and documents presented by the CMS Center were approved. The work of the council was declared closed.

 


On December 25, 2024, the 46th meeting of the Academic Council of the Center for Professional Development of Medical Workers took place. During the meeting, the center's director, Prof. K.H. Akilov, addressed the attendees and introduced the center's staff based on the letter from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 20, 2024, No. 02-23/29907. He also emphasized the importance of implementing orders related to the fight against corruption, including the Presidential Decree dated July 6, 2021, and the order of the Ministry of Health dated March 1, 2022.

The discussion focused on identifying the causes of corruption, creating an effective system to eliminate it, and fostering an uncompromising attitude towards corruption. The leadership of the center took these issues under strict control.

Subsequently, reports from the heads of clinical laboratory diagnostics and the HIV course were presented, and they were deemed satisfactory. Scientific presentations followed: Prof. Shamansurov Sh.Sh. spoke on neuroplasticity in children, while Ph.D. Iskhakov E.Dj. presented on hemoblastoses in pregnant women.

In conclusion, elections were held for various positions and for the title of "professor," after which the meeting of the council was declared closed.

A regular meeting of the Scientific Council of the Center was held.

The Director of the Center, Professor Kh.A Akilov, opened the meeting. Then, the head of the "Hygiene and radiation safety" department of the "Faculty of Medical Prevention", Professor D.A. Zaredinov, presented his report on the educational, scientific and therapeutic work, spiritual, educational and educational work carried out in the department.

 

 

The next report was about the teaching methodical, scientific, educational and educational work carried out in the "Faculty of Therapy" section of the Center. The dean of the faculty, Professor F.I. Khamrabayeva, delivered this report to the public.

 

 

The dean of the "Faculty of Pediatrics", doctor of medical sciences, Sh.Kh. Saidazizova, presented his presentation report on several diseases that occur in children and their prevention.

 

 

 

During the meeting, the director of the Center, Professor Kh.A Akilov presented the staff with the titles of candidate of sciences, doctor of sciences, honorary diplomas and souvenirs to a number of our doctors. The scientific reports on the agenda were full of debates.

 


 

On September 9, 2024, the next meeting of the Academic Council was held at the Center. At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the Education and Spirituality Department, Sh.R. Maksudova, delivered a speech on the topic “We are a united people; together we are our homeland,” dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Following this, the chairman of the Academic Council and director of our Center, K.A. Akilov, presented a comprehensive report on the educational, methodological, scientific, innovative, international cooperation, medical, financial, educational activities, and other endeavors for the 2023-2024 academic year. During the report, Chairman K.A. Akilov specifically addressed the work carried out during the current reporting year, highlighted the events that took place, and discussed in detail the shortcomings of the relevant departments and divisions, as well as potential solutions. He also touched upon the promising plans ahead for the Center. After discussions, the draft resolution distributed to council members was approved.

The next item on the agenda involved reading out the draft work plan for the new academic year by the secretary of the Academic Council. The draft was unanimously approved and adopted.

After discussing various issues, the council declared its session closed.
