Today, the Center for the Development of Professional Qualifications of Medical Workers has 5 faculties, covering 52 departments and 6 courses: Faculty of Medical Prevention; Faculty of Therapy; Faculty of Surgery; Faculty of Pediatrics; Faculty of Management, Public and Primary Health Care. Among the 418 professors and teachers working at the center, there are 3 academicians, 86 doctors of medical sciences, 110 professors and more than 170 candidates of medical sciences, 78 associate professors. 56% of working professors are women and 44% are men. Our center has created equal opportunities. The Center for the Development of Professional Qualifications of Medical Workers provides additional guarantees and benefits for certain categories of workers in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In particular, guarantees for the employment of pregnant women and women with children and benefits provided to women when determining the procedure for annual leave and maternity leave are unconditionally applied. The Center for the Development of Professional Qualifications of Medical Workers has established a systematic anonymous survey to determine and assess compliance with labor legislation and the state of social security of personnel. In addition, the use of new modern time management models is promoted so that employees can properly plan their activities throughout the day. At the moment, work in the center is organized on the basis of a modern personnel management system - KPI, and the performance of each employee is assessed individually. This, in turn, has a positive effect on the workflow. The Center for the Development of Professional Qualifications of Medical Workers has created an Advisory Council on ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men. The main task of the council is to increase the socio-economic and political activity and legal knowledge of women working in our center, especially increasing the legal culture of women and protecting their legitimate interests, providing assistance in studying and solving problems. On the way to developing a culture of gender equality, explain the essence and significance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. O'RQ-562 “On guarantees of equal rights and opportunities for women and men” in the field of ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men. A set of materials has been prepared aimed at regulation of relations, awareness-raising activities are carried out in order to convey to the center’s employees the nature and importance of educational work.
