Activities of the Women's Committee of the Center for the Development of Professional Qualifications of Medical Workers

Women's Committee - created to protect the interests and dignified position of women in society, increasing their role in socio-political, economic, and cultural life. He advocates for social justice, interacts with public organizations, provides assistance to low-income families, solves women's problems, raises business and topical issues, and creates favorable working conditions in the team.

The Women's Committee in its work relies on the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Laws and Resolutions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the protection of motherhood and childhood, as well as social protection of the family.

I. Goal: creating the most favorable conditions for the active participation of women in public affairs of the Center, defending the interests of women, harmonizing personal development and family relationships, strengthening the status of the family, reviving national and spiritual identity, maintaining gender equality among employees.

II. Tasks:

- Active involvement of women in the management of society.

- Material and moral assistance to large families, single mothers, young families.

- Strengthening the family, motherhood and protecting the rights of women and girls. Preservation of multinational traditions.

III. The Women's Committee has the right:

- independently resolve issues of holding meetings, determines the directions and methods of work, taking into account its relevance;

- submit proposals on issues of improving the status of women to the administration of the educational institution.

IV. Organizational structure. The Women's Committee is formed at the expense of the women's team of the organization. Meetings of the Women's Committee are held once every 2 months. The Women's Committee is formed on a voluntary basis in the main areas of activity, elects a chairman and his deputy. The Chairman of the Women's Committee is appointed by the Order of the Director of the Center for Regional Development and Research. The work of the Women's Committee is coordinated by the administration of the educational institution.

V. Accounting documents include:

• Work plans of the Women's Committee.

• Minutes of meetings of the Women's Committee.

• List of members of the Women's Committee.

• Reports on the work done.
