The organizational unit of the Center of the development of professional qualifications and retraining of medical workers is one of the most in great demand modern and dynamically developing units of the Center for the Development of Professional Qualification of Medical Workers. Every month, from year to year, throughout the entire existence of the Center, the organizational unit of the organization of the development of professional qualification and retraining of medical workers does a tremendous amount of work on the reception and selection of documents for trainees of training cycles. All the huge arrangement work lies with the methodologists and inspectors of the faculties, headed by the head of the department and the deans.

The organizational unit of the organization of the development of professional qualification and retraining of medical workers consists of an educational unit and a dean's office, which includes five faculties: therapy, surgery, pediatrics, medical prevention, management and organization of health management.

With the increasing volume and complexity of the tasks being solved in the management of the educational process, there is a need to create a unified information and educational environment that unites departments, faculties and other structural (scientific and administrative) organizational units into a single network.

The introduction of an electronic dean's office will collectively improve the quality and efficiency of the departments and the dean's office by reducing the time spent on the processes of collecting, processing and receiving requested information, speed and ease of obtaining any forms of reporting, and will also help create and maintain an archival fund. The implementation will allow to assess more accurately and qualitatively the consequences of making certain decisions to improve the educational process, increase the efficiency of the functioning of faculties and all other departments of the CDPQMW, improve the quality of the educational process, and also contribute to maintaining the activities of all five faculties in a single electronic space.
