Currently, the Council of Scientists consists of 86 people. Meetings of the Council of Scientists of the Center are held annually based on the developed plan. The work plan is approved by the director at the beginning of the academic year after it is reviewed by the Council of Scientists of the Center. Decisions of the council of scientists are made by open voting, by a simple majority vote, and in the case of competitions for the awarding of scientific titles by professors and teachers, by secret voting according to the established procedure.

Tasks of the Council of Scientists of CDPQMW:

• considers all issues of organization of the educational process and makes decisions;
• approves scientific research plans; topics of scientific works.
• solves issues of establishment (termination) of faculties, departments and other structural units;
• considers the issues of filling the positions of professors and teachers: head. departments, professors, associate professors and scientific-pedagogical staff;
• considers the issues of training of personnel reserves for professors and teachers and other structural units;
• examines the reports of center deans, heads of departments and departments on educational and methodological, research and medical work of faculties, departments and departments;
• considers other issues related to the activity of the center.

Meetings of the Center Council of Scientists are held on the last Wednesday of every month (may be out of regular ones), they are formalized by minutes signed by the chairman and secretary of the Council of Scientists. The Scientific Council of the Center is elected for a period of 3 years. If necessary, corrections and changes can be made to the composition of the Council of Scientists of the center.
