The Emergency Medical Care Department was created in 2004 in pursuance of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 537 of December 2, 2003 “On Emergency Medical Care.” The Department of Emergency Medical Care was created in 2004 in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 2, 2003 No. 537 “On measures for the further development of the system of emergency medical care to the population.”
In the corresponding paragraph of this decision: the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, was entrusted with the creation of the Department of Emergency Medical Care at the Tashkent Institute for Advanced Medical Education from the 2004-2005 academic year.
From the first days of the creation of the department, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Center for the Development of Professional Qualifications of Medical Workers (formerly the Tashkent Institute for Advanced Medical Studies) paid attention to this area. Its main goals are: - issues of personnel, scientific-practical and logistical support for the training of highly qualified specialists for the emergency medical care system.
According to the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 551 dated December 18, 2003 and the order of the rector of TashIUV (No. 32 dated February 6, 2004), the emergency medical department, the department of surgery No. 32 dated February 6, 2004 2, courses in disaster medicine and emergency medical care and organized by uniting leading specialists in specialized emergency medical care - employees of the Russian Research Center of Emergency Medicine.
In our opinion, a far-sighted and reasonable decision when creating the department was to combine the positions of its head and the head of the emergency medical service, as well as the designation of the RRCofEM and its regional branches. The central branches of emergency medical care stations in the Tashkent region are the training bases of the Department of Emergency Medical Care
In the healthcare system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with 12 regional branches, specialization cycles in emergency medical care have been organized. In total, more than 2000 doctors were trained in these cycles.
At the moment, the department is equipped with all the necessary modern means of audio-video visualization, computer and multimedia technologies, allowing all theoretical classes to be conducted at a high visual and professional level. In addition, during their internship, the department’s employees widely use modern diagnostic and treatment technologies available at the Russian Research Center of Emergency Medicine and its regional branches.
Training and practice with cadets is carried out in ultrasound diagnostic rooms, Dopplerography and echocardiography, X-ray diagnostics and computed tomography departments, angiography and coronary angiography departments, endoscopy rooms, as well as in all operating departments equipped with laparoscopic and thoracoscopic equipment.
The leadership of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan have created a training and methodological center equipped with educational systems on the basis of the Scientific Center for Advanced Medical Qualification of the Republic.
In recent years, this training center has been equipped with modern computerized multi-network simulation stations from Kofi (South Korea). (SUV, UUR, tracheal intubation, defibrillation, parenteral infusions, delivery, etc.).
For twenty years, the employees of the department, along with pedagogical work, have also carried out a lot of medical work: the employees of the department are the main consultants in all medical departments of the RRCofEM, all therapeutic and diagnostic measures are carried out, and are under their direct supervision. At the same time, employees of the department actively participate in organizing and conducting clinical and pathological conferences of the scientific center for emergency medical care of the Republic.
Employees of the department provide medical assistance to all branches of the Russian Research Center of Emergency Medicine through air ambulances, and provide patronage assistance to most regional medical and preventive health care institutions. In particular, regularly visiting rural medical centers and multidisciplinary clinics in the Syrdarya region, he carries out treatment and preventive work. In recent years, interdistrict centers of cardiovascular, neurosurgery and traumatological pathology, created by the department’s staff on behalf of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, have been actively conducting diagnostic and therapeutic work. Employees of the Department of Science and Technology are ready to make every effort to improve the efficiency and quality of work in all areas of activity of the EMC department
Employees of the Department of Emergency Medical Care.
