The scientific direction of the course is "Socio-philosophical issues of medicine".

Over the past 5 years, the teachers of the course have participated in more than 10 International and National scientific and practical seminars. The course staff published 18 monographs on various topics of philosophy, 46 articles in prestigious journals of the Higher Attestation Commission and Impact-factor, 15 abstracts in International and Republican scientific and practical conferences.

In recent years, the course has trained more than 7,806 clinical residents of the CRPCMR and Republican Specialized Centers such as: Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics; Republican Center for Specialized Cardiology; Republican Center for Specialized Therapy and Medical Rehabilitation of Scientific and Practical Medicine; Republican Center for Specialized Surgery named after Academician V.V.Vokhidov; Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care of the Republic; Republican Center for Scientific andpractical medicine specialized endocrinology; Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Phthisiology and Pulmonology; Institute of Scientific Research of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases; Research Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion; Scientific Center of Neurosurgery; Republican Specialized Center of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Scientific and Practical Medicine - in the subjects “National idea: basic concepts and principles” and “Development Strategy of Uzbekistan. Civil society”.
