The scientific direction of the department “is the treatment of the basics of rational pharmacotherapy”. The scientific activity of the department clinical pharmacological audit is the assessment of the quality of the use of drugs, drug side effects, rational pharmacotherapy, pharmacoepidimiology, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and pharmacogenetics.             

For practical training in the educational process, the following educational bases are attracted: Tashkent regional specialized Somatics hospital, Genotechnology LLC, Republican scientific and practical center of sports medicine.

The Department of "Clinical Pharmacology" was founded in 2015. Department professor, d.m.s. Mavlyanov Iskandar Rakhimovich is in charge.

In each direction of Preventive Medicine by the Department 432, 288, 144, 72, 54, 36 and new 18-hour training programs were developed and patented.

The department provides the clinical ordinary in all areas of medicine (internal and external) in the field of Clinical Pharmacology, as well as in the areas of Primary Specialization and retraining in Clinical Pharmacology, the organization and continuous transition of the educational process, the implementation of the plan, the creation and practical application of educational and methodological regulatory documents, the tasks and instructions of higher organizations are.

75% of lectures on this subject were given by professor Mavlyanov I.R. to retraining courses in clinical pharmacology at the department and to listeners who are preparing for clinical residency in all areas of Medicine. they study, conduct seminars in ham.
