Republican seminar on the topic: “Introduction of a universally progressive model in primary health care for organizing the activities of visiting nurses working with mothers and children” together with UNICEF

 

 

  •  A platform has been created in the direction of “Organization of medical care in preschool educational institutions” together with the Ministry of Preschool Education. In September - December 2021, a seminar was organized for nurses in preschool educational institutions.
  •  Seminar on the topic “Passport - child health”, jointly with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and UNICEF. The seminar was organized to train trainers at the regional and district levels for further training of nurses on the implementation of the Bebbo application among the population with children under 5 years of age in the Fergana region and Tashkent.
  •  Seminar on the topic “The importance of interpersonal communication in the introduction of vaccination among the population” for chief, senior nurses, paramedical workers, as well as immunologists and epidemiologists together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and UNICEF

 

- A meeting to exchange experience in the field of rehabilitation development, including issues of training specialists in this area with the participation of international consultants from EuroWHO.

 

 

From May 30 to June 1, 2023, an international scientific and practical conference was held in Uzbekistan with the support of the Regional Office for Europe of the World Health Organization and the German Society for International Cooperation GIZ on the topic “New approaches to organizing nursing and midwifery work in Central Asian countries.”

The conference was attended by more than 100 participants, including a consultant on nursing and midwifery policy from the WHO Regional Office for Europe, as well as online and offline foreign specialists in nursing and midwifery from the following countries: Poland, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Great Britain , Ireland, Israel, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, nursing and midwifery specialists from Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan), leadership of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, representatives of medical educational and medical institutions, chief nursing and midwifery specialists of territorial health authorities, practicing nurses and midwives.
