News of the department

  In order to deepen the reform of the healthcare system, the formation of a healthy lifestyle among the population, the introduction of modern ways of improving the health among the population, a new specialty doctor-valeologist has been introduced.

  Currently, the department has a qualified professional teaching staff. Under the guidance of the head of the department, associate professor N.N. Fayzieva is assisted by Ermetova D.I., Tulyaganova K.A., Torakulov D.D., Mamadalieva U.I. and head of the cabinet Sobirova L.A.

  During this period, a number of training programs were prepared at the department: three 144-hour programs: “Valeology-soglomlashtirish tibbiyotining asosii fani”, “Khulq atvor omillarining valeological muammolari” and “Aholi orasida STTShning zamonaviy endoshuvlari”, 72 hour program for narrow specialists, 72 hour distance learning program, 36 hour program for chief physicians, 36 hour program for clinical residents, 216 hour program for specialization.

  At present, the scientific achievements of the department are developed taking into account the national mentality and traditions of the Republic. The department prepared and defended a doctoral dissertation on the topic “Problems of behavioral factors”.

  In 2009-2011, under the guidance of Professor Sh.B. Irgashev, work was carried out on the State grant on the topic: “Modern methods of forming a healthy lifestyle among the population of the republic”, on the basis of which a State patent was received.

  For the first time in the Republic, Professor Sh.B. Irgashev in 2011 prepared the textbook "Medical Valeology" in Russian, in 2015 the textbook "Valeology" in the state language. These textbooks are intended for students of medical universities, clinical residents, practitioners and for postgraduate education. Currently, the department has prepared teaching aids in Uzbek and Russian.

  Employees of the department take an active part in republican and international scientific and practical conferences. The department has prepared more than 100 scientific articles and abstracts published in local and foreign publications.
