according to the order of the rector of TASHIUV dated 02.10.2017, No. 79 - ext., on the basis of the meeting of the rector's office dated September 29, 2017 and the decision of the Academic council of the Institute No. 261 dated 10/25/2017, the Department of neurosurgery with a course of medical and social expertise was organized.

In November 2019, after the withdrawal of the course of medical and social expertise, neurosurgery became an independent department.

The bases of the Department of Neurosurgery are located in the republican specialized scientific and practical medical center of neurosurgery

(clinic with 130 beds) and in the multidisciplinary clinic "Nano Medical Clinic".
