60-credit integrated thematic cycle of advanced training "School of Health Care Managers: Stages of Health Care System Transformation."

To ensure the implementation of the order of the Minister of Health dated December 20, 2024, No. 388 "On the Conduct of a Special Integrated Thematic Cycle of Advanced Training 'School of Managers - 2025'," a training cycle was held from January 6 to February 1, 2025, for the leaders of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional health departments, and the main health department of Tashkent city, heads of committees for sanitary-epidemiological welfare and public health, first deputies of the heads of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional health departments, and the main health department of Tashkent city, deputies for finance and economics, heads of divisions for development and human resources management, as well as heads of inspection departments of the Ministry of Health for the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, and Tashkent city.

This thematic cycle of advanced training was organized in an integrated format in collaboration with the Westminster International University in Tashkent. According to the schedule, during January 2025, 91 managerial staff from territorial health management bodies underwent training in four cycles. The main topics included: health care management and transformation of its structural organization, economics, financing and accounting, new financial mechanisms, personnel management and conflict resolution, anti-corruption measures, basics of medical law, and primary health care services.

At the end of each cycle, the Minister of Health and his deputies conducted an analysis. At the conclusion of the cycle, presentations prepared by each participant based on their activities were analyzed, and distance tests, written exams, and oral exams were conducted.
