Akilov Khabibulla Atullaevich, was born on January 21, 1957 in the city of Tashkent.

Until 1983 worked as an assistant at the Department of Normal Anatomy
Human and the Department of Surgical Diseases under the guidance of Professor B.A. Akhundzhanov.
In 1983-1985. studied in clinical residency in the specialty "Surgery" at the Scientific Center of Surgery named after VV Vakhidov, where he then worked as a junior researcher at the department of surgery of the liver and biliary tract.
In 1989 he defended his Ph.D. thesis and in the same year was awarded the Prize of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan. He worked as a scientific and then a senior researcher at the Department of Surgery of Portal Hypertension and Pancreato-duodenal Zone at the Scientific Center of Surgery named after V.I. V.V. Vakhidov.
In 1998, under the guidance of Professor F.G. Nazyrov, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the issues of surgical treatment of complications of portal hypertension in patients with liver cirrhosis.
In 2000 he was approved as a professor.
In 1998-2003. worked as director of the Scientific Center for Surgery. Vakhidov and concurrently - professor of the department of hospital surgery with a master's degree at the First Tashkent State Medical Institute.
2003-2017 worked as the first vice-rector for educational work of the Tashkent Institute for Advanced Training of Doctors; and also head of the Department of Surgery with a course of pediatric surgery; Head of the Department of Emergency Pediatric Surgery at the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Aid (RSCEMP).
Kh.A. Akilov today is a recognized leader, especially in pediatric surgery. He is the author of over 450 scientific publications, including 3 monographs, copyright certificates, rationalization proposals, methodological and informational documents. Under his leadership, 4 doctoral and 18 master's theses were defended, 6 more PhD theses are currently being carried out.
Kh.A. Akilov fruitfully combines scientific-pedagogical and medical-consulting work with social activities. The third convocation is elected as a deputy of the Tashkent City Council of People's Deputies. He is a member of the editorial board of the journals "Surgery of Uzbekistan" and "Sikhat salomatlik", a member of the editorial board of the journals "Bulletin of the general practitioner", "Lymphology", "Spital surgery" (Ukraine). Chairman of the Scientific Council for awarding the scientific degree of Doctor of Science at the Tashkent Institute for Advanced Medical Studies: member of the World Association of Surgeons, the Pirogov International Association of Surgeons, member of the Board of the International Association of Hepatological Surgeons of Russia and the CIS countries, member of the Board of the Association of Emergency Medicine Physicians of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Chairman of the Scientific Society pediatric surgeons of Uzbekistan, academician of the Russian Academy of Medical and Technical Sciences.

Primov Farhod Sharifjonovich was born in 1983, nationality Uzbek, higher education.
Graduated from Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute in 2008.

In 2018, he defended his candidate's thesis (PhD) on the topic "Improving diagnosis and surgical treatment of closed abdominal wounds in children".
In 2023, he defended his doctoral dissertation (DSc) on the topic "Improvement of tactical and technical aspects of endovisual surgery in emergency pathology of the abdominal cavity in children".
Nizomov Shukhrillo Amriddinovich was born in 1974 in an intellectual family, a member of the People's Democratic Party, doctor of philosophy in medical sciences, associate professor.
He graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Pediatric Medicine in 1998. He worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the "Department of Pediatric Surgery" of the Tashkent Medical Training Institute in 1999-2000. He completed a clinical residency at the same department on the specialty "Children's surgery" in 2000-2002. He was a senior laboratory technician at the pediatric surgery department of the Tashkent Institute of Advanced Doctoral Training in 2002-2004. Since 2005, he has been working as an assistant at the "Department of Surgery and Children's Surgery" of the Tashkent Medical Training Institute and since 2021 as an associate professor.
He defended the degree of doctor of philosophy on the topic "Improving the effectiveness of surgical operation in post-traumatic structure and obliteration of the urethra in children" in 2021.
In 2020, he was awarded the badge of "Generosity" and in 2021, "30 years of Independence".
Soatov Rustam Rakhimovich was born in 1952 in an intellectual family, candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor. In 1969-1975 he joined the Faculty of treatment work at the Tashkent Medical Institute. In 1976 he graduated from internatura in general surgery yunalishi. In 1976-1984, acadecmic V.He worked as a jarrokh at the Republican Center for scientific practice of surgery named after vokhidov. From 1985 to 1995, he worked as associate professor of the Department of hospital surgery of the Tashkent Medical Institute. In 1996-1999, acadecmic V.He worked as a jarrokh at the Republican Center for scientific practice of surgery named after vokhidov. From 1999 to the present vaccine, TXKMRMing worked in the position of associate professor at the Department of pediatric surgery. Tilovov Bunyod Nematovich was born in 1992 in a family of intellectuals.
