On November 28 of this year, the “Primary Health Care: Development Strategy” II International Forum commenced its work in the conference hall of the Center for Continuing Professional Development of Medical Workers. The forum was opened by Deputy Minister of Health E. Basitkhanova, who emphasized that the event plays an important role in further deepening the reforms in the national healthcare system, improving the quality of primary medical services, and widely introducing international best practices.

E. Basitkhanova highlighted the large-scale reforms implemented in recent years in the primary healthcare system, particularly the improvement of family doctor practices, the strengthening of preventive approaches, the introduction of modern technologies, and the continuous professional development of medical personnel.

The forum was organized with the aim of enhancing the primary healthcare system in our country, strengthening the provision of timely and high-quality medical care to the population, and facilitating the exchange of international experience. The event is attended by leading specialists from various regions of the republic, as well as experts, professors, and practicing physicians from several foreign countries.

Within the framework of the forum, presentations and lectures are planned in such areas as prevention in primary care, digitalization processes, family doctor practices, modern diagnostic methods, and improving service quality. In addition, practical meetings, scientific discussions, and experience-sharing sessions will also be held.

This international platform is significant for increasing the effectiveness of ongoing reforms in the healthcare system, introducing new ideas and initiatives, and strengthening professional cooperation.
