In 2002 she graduated from the pediatric faculty of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. In 2002, she began his scientific and pedagogical career as a graduate student in the Department of neonatology at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute.

Since 2005, assistant at the Department of Neonatology of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. In 2005, she favored a candidate thesis on" psychomatic health of preschool children with newborn temporal hypothyroidism". In 2005-2015 she worked as an associate professor at the Department of Neonatology of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute and during 2010-2011 she conducted research within the framework of the AES-2 state grant, in 2015 she defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "the state of the cardiovascular system with the assessment of cellular energy exchange with newborns". (14.00.09) .C in 2016 she was promoted to associate professor at the Department of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. On the basis of the City Children's Hospital No. 1 in the Department of Pathology of Newborns and Reanimation, in the clinics of the Republican Perinatal Centre, the Medical Centre of Mother and Child of RIIA he takes part in the treatment of patients and gives recommendations on the problems of air ambulance. Total seniority is 15 years, scientific and pedagogical activity is 14 years. Since 2017, she is the head of the Department of Neonatology of CDPQMW.

Today, the center employs Associate Professor of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management, PhD in Medicine. Under the leadership of A.K. Khamraev, the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the World Bank financed an international scientific grant for the project "Modernization of the National Innovation System of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (MUNIS) on the topic "Ethnogeographic Characteristics of Tuberculosis in the Southern Aral Sea Region" (REP-19022022/142) and under the leadership of Deputy Director for Research and Innovation, Head of the Department of Neonatology, PhD, Associate Professor Nasirova U.F. practical grant "Development of a new forecasting method for the prevention of diseases in premature babies is being implemented."

Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan since 2020, he fulfils the function of "Chief Neonatologist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

Covid-19 is a regular activity in the fight against coronavirus infection.

Constantly works on professional development in the speciality. Regularly participates in thematic seminars, scientific-practical conferences and international congresses. Makes extensive use of relevant scientific literature, monographs, journals and Cochrain's main central library. Newly acquired information will be applied to the teaching process. Throughout his scientific and pedagogical career, he has constantly improved his qualifications, including regular participation in medical imaging in Uzbekistan, near and far abroad countries, scientific and practical conferences and international seminars dedicated to the development of postgraduate education and modern educational technologies.  She is an excellent worker of health care of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Author of more than 90 scientific works, 8 methodical recommendations, 2 books and 2 textbooks on neonatology (for cadets and students of medical universities). Under her supervision 1 PhD thesis was defended.
